We are working on grading and building plans for a church building in the county of San Diego. Parcel is in the county with an Escondido address.
The project is on a 3.95 ac. parcel. The conceptual drawings are for an 11,000 sq. foot building for 388 people, with Sunday school class rooms and a fellowship hall.
Almost two years ago, we already had the Major Use Permit and the grading permit was issued; we found out that there was a discrepancy in the surveying portion because the easement location had not been identified properly, and there would have been about 3 or more feet of the building overlapping into the SDG&E easement and they were not allowing us to build on the easement, only for the parking lot. So we started everything all over again...The conceptual drawings, the building plans, the grading plans, landscaping, etc. The plans have been presented again to the County, and we are told that we should have a favorable response.
We need help with the Structural Engineering and also with the Electrical and Plumbing, Heating and A/C consulting for Compliance Calculations for the SDG&E and the County of San Diego .
