Step Up and Create Dance Mission's New Home
Dance Mission is interested in tenant improvement architect who is familiar with creative space design for uses such as dance studio, childrens dance program and flexible black box theater and dance studio. Critical success to this project is an architect familiar with sound mitigation with creative uses.
Dance Mission is currently facing the challenges of rising rents and lease instability. In order to not lose an integral organization in the Mission and the City of San Francisco, Dance Mission has partnered Mission Economic Development Association and Mission Neighborhood Centers to purchase 2205 Mission Street. Dance Mission theater is now looking for an architect to assist in the creation of their new permanent home.
The project partners are working diligently on the core and shell of the building. As the core and shell goes into 50% of DDs, they are in need for a creative architect who is familiar with art organizations for schematic drawings for Dance Mission's studio spaces.
