We have implemented numerous energy saving projects including replacing our air cooled chillers and traditional HVAC fans with geothermal heat pumps, replaced our parking lights with LED, in-house staff upgraded & modified the building automation systems to achieve the highest performance while maintaining compliance, white Sarnafil roofing to reduce heat load, etc.

We have entered all of our information into the Energy Star Portfolio Manager program and we need to have a Licensed Professional to verify our application.

Outcome

Achieved exactly what we desired and appreciate all your help. This is a great program.

We are pleased to see that we have a current Energy Star Score of 96 and hope to increase that number with a current boiler replacement project.
