Interior Design of Full Circle Thrift Store and Anabaptist Resource Center
Design Disciplines Needed
A design for the interior of the store that incorporates the ARC. Specifics listed above
Full Circle Thrift (FCT) is signing a lease this week for a 6,000 square foot property in Altadena. It is an old Kragen store. The purpose of Full Circle Thrift Store is to raise funds for an Anabaptist Resource Center (ARC) which will provide services to local Mennonite churches and support local peace and justice ministries and initiatives. We only need about 4,500 square feet for the thrift store so we would like to house the ARC in the same building with remaining space and hopefully make some of the space work for both entities.
FCT needs someone ASAP to help us make a plan to build out space so the landlord can start work. The space is basically a big rectangle with windows/doors in the front only. There is a bathroom and basic kitchen in the back that both entities can share. We will need separate entrances for FCT and the ARC. FCT needs a large inviting space for the thrift store, storage, and a place to process donations.
The ARC will need a board room, two to three closed offices, 3-4 cubicles for hoteling and a large space for events that can seat about 60 people. It would be great if the large spaces like the board room and event space could be used to process donation for FCT if the ARC is not using them.
We would like to get in building ASAP. Thanks for your help.
