Project Description

Net Impact is a global community driving change. Every day, Net Impact empowers a new generation to lead social and environmental progress. Our 40 person team is currently looking to expand and settle into a new location. We're excited to partner with a creative firm to build out a vibrant space that reflects our staff culture, brings our international network to life in the office, increases communication and interaction, and inspires all of us to be more creative in our work.

We'd love our staff to be involved in shaping the new space, and would also like outside expertise and inspiration. Some of us have worked in beautiful architect-designed nonprofit spaces in the past (like Kiva's space at 875 Howard St.) and would love to bring an architect's creative vision to our project. We expect to sign a lease for a space in February 2015, and move-in is expected to be August or September 2015, so we hope to have a manageable timeline for design and build-out once negotiations are complete.

We expect to sign a lease for a space in February 2015, with move-in scheduled for August 2015. Initial team engagement and general concept design could begin either before or after the lease is signed, and space planning and design could be conducted upon securing the space.
